Larochelle is proud to announce that it has just received a Great Place to Work® Certification following an in-depth independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute® Canada. This certification is based on employees’ evaluations provided within the framework of an anonymous in-depth survey of their experience in the workplace.
Unequivocal results
In 2018, Larochelle made a commitment to become ‘one of the best places to work’. Since then, it has been relentless in implementing concrete measures to ensure the well-being of its employees, regardless of the environment in which they work. “Our initial objective with Great Place to Work Certification was to take the pulse of our employees’ work experience in our company, thanks to an impartial survey conducted by a specialized organization”, explained Eric Larochelle, President.
With a participation rate of more than 80%, the results were unequivocal – Larochelle has achieved its objective. In fact, 94% of respondents recognized our firm as an inspiring organization.
More specifically, the results were calculated according to the Global Trust Index©. This certification-specific index corresponds to the average of the survey’s 60 statements. The survey yielded the following results:
